#Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern matters relating to the accrual, use, refund, and expiration of the Points (P) and Experience (XP) system (the "Reward System") operated by Alpha Intelligence (the "Company").
#Article 2 (Definitions)
1. Points (P)
Virtual currency that Members accrue within the Service through product purchases, event participation, activities, and similar actions, and which may be used as a means of payment when purchasing products.
2. Experience (XP)
An indicator representing a Member's level of activity, serving as the basis for level advancement and the granting of special benefits. Experience cannot be exchanged for cash or used directly for payment.
3. Paid Points
Points that a Member has purchased directly with cash.
4. Free Points
Points provided by the Company free of charge as promotions, events, activity rewards, or similar.
#Article 3 (Point Accrual)
1. Methods of Accrual
Points are accrued through the following methods:
- Purchase Accrual: A set percentage of the product purchase amount (base 1–5%)
- Sales Bonus: Upon completion of a product sale (Sellers only)
- Review Writing: When writing a review of a purchased product (50P–200P)
- Community Activity: Writing posts, comments, likes, etc.
- Attendance Check: Upon daily attendance (10P–100P)
- Event Participation: Various events held by the Company
- Referral: When a new member signs up through a referral code
2. Accrual Rates and Amounts
Accrual rates and amounts may be changed in accordance with the Company's policy, and any changes will be announced through in-service notices.
3. Accrual Restrictions
Point accrual may be restricted or cancelled in the following cases:
- When attempting to accrue Points through fraudulent means
- When violating the Service Terms of Use
- When attempting improper accrual through multiple accounts held by the same person
- For refunded or cancelled transactions
#Article 4 (Experience (XP) System)
1. Methods of Acquisition
Experience is acquired through the following activities:
- Purchase Activity: When purchasing products (purchase amount ÷ 1,000 XP)
- Sales Activity: When selling products (sales amount ÷ 500 XP)
- Content Creation: Product registration, review writing, etc.
- Community Contribution: Providing useful information, having answers selected, etc.
- Consecutive Activity: Consecutive attendance bonuses

3. XP Characteristics
- Experience does not expire.
- Experience cannot be converted into cash or Points.
- Experience cannot be transferred to other Members.
#Article 5 (Point Use)
1. Scope of Use
Accrued Points may be used as follows:
- Payment when purchasing AI Shop products
- Purchase of community premium features (post pinning, custom badges, creator Q&A, etc.)
- Participation in Point events (raffles, tournaments, challenges)
- Project transfer P2P transactions
- Marketing email sending costs (10P per recipient, deducted after marketing credits are exhausted)
- Use of affiliate services designated by the Company
2. Minimum Unit of Use
- Minimum unit for Point use: 100P
- 1 Point (1P) = a value of KRW 1
3. Order of Deduction
When Points are used, they are deducted in the following order:
- Points nearing their expiration date
- Free Points
- Paid Points
4. Restrictions on Use
Point use may be restricted in the following cases:
- Improper transactions for the purpose of cash refunds
- When there is a risk of causing harm to the Company or third parties
- When Service use has been restricted due to a violation of the Terms of Use
#Article 5-2 (Marketing Credits)
1. Definition
Marketing credits are a dedicated resource that Sellers use to send email marketing. They are a separate resource from Points (P) and cannot be used for product purchases or event participation.
2. Methods of Acquisition

3. Order of Deduction
Marketing credits are deducted on a first-out basis in order of approaching expiration date.
4. Expiration
Marketing credits whose validity period has elapsed are automatically extinguished, and extinguished credits are not restored.
5. Refunds and Transfers
Marketing credits cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred. Upon membership withdrawal, all remaining credits are extinguished in full.
#Article 6 (Point Validity Period and Expiration)
1. Validity Period
- Paid Points: 5 years from the last accrual date
- Free Points: 1 year from the accrual date (unless otherwise announced)
- Event Points: The period specified in the relevant event's terms
2. Expiration Notice (Two-Stage Warning)
When there are Points whose validity period is nearing expiration, the Company provides advance notice to the Member in two stages as follows:
- First Warning: 30 days before expiration (via email or app push notification)
- Second Warning: 7 days before expiration (via email or app push notification)
3. Expired Points
Points whose validity period has elapsed are automatically extinguished, and extinguished Points are not restored. As sufficient advance warning is provided, use before expiration is recommended.
#Article 7 (Point Refunds)
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are available only for Points purchased for a fee.
2. Refund Conditions
- Within 7 days of purchase
- The relevant Points have not been used at all
- Free Points additionally granted through events or promotions are excluded from refund eligibility
3. Refund Procedure
- Apply for a refund through customer support or My Page
- Identity verification and review of refund conditions
- After approval, refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
4. Refund Fees
- Within 7 days of the payment date: No fee
- More than 7 days from the payment date: Refund not available
#Article 8 (Prevention of Fraudulent Use)
1. Prohibited Acts
The following acts are strictly prohibited:
- Automated accrual using programs, bots, or similar
- Improper acquisition of Points through false transactions
- Accruing Points using another person's account
- Transactions for the purpose of converting Points into cash
- Accrual that exploits bugs or system errors
2. Sanctions
When a fraudulent act is confirmed:
- Full recovery of improperly accrued Points
- Restriction of Service use (temporary or permanent)
- Legal measures in accordance with applicable laws
- Revocation of membership
#Article 9 (Handling of Points Upon Membership Withdrawal)
1. Pre-Withdrawal Notice
Upon membership withdrawal, all unused Points are extinguished in full. Use of remaining Points before withdrawal is recommended.
2. Paid Points
If unused paid Points remain as of the withdrawal date, a refund application is possible if the refund conditions are met.
3. Free Points
Free Points are immediately extinguished upon withdrawal and are not refunded.
4. Upon Re-Registration
Even if a Member re-registers after withdrawal, the Points and Experience of the previous account are not restored.
#Article 10 (Point Transfer and Aggregation)
1. Prohibition of Transfer
As a rule, Points cannot be transferred, sold, or pledged as collateral to others.
2. Account Aggregation
Aggregation of Points across multiple accounts held in the name of the same person is not permitted.
3. Exception
Transfer is permitted only through a Point gifting feature separately provided by the Company, and the conditions for using such feature are announced separately.
#Article 10-2 (Point Events)
1. Event Types
The Company operates the following Point-exclusive events:

2. Participation Conditions
- Points Only: Direct cash payment is not permitted; participation is only possible with Points
- Point Source Irrelevant: Points acquired through activity or purchases are all equally usable
- Participation Frequency Limits: Per-event participation frequency limits apply to ensure fairness
3. Raffle Participation Limits

6. Fairness Assurance System
- Raffle Drawing Algorithm: A diminishing-returns rate is applied based on the number of entries (1 entry: 1x, 2 entries: 1.5x, 3 entries: 1.8x, 4 entries: 2x, 5 entries: 2.2x)
- Winning History Penalty: Winners within the most recent 30 days have their probability reduced by 50%
- New User Bonus: A 50% discount applies for the first event participation within 30 days of registration
- Activity-Based Preference: For community activity within the most recent 30 days, raffle probability is multiplied by 1.2x
7. Use and Refund of Event Points
- Points used for event participation are non-refundable
- If an event is cancelled, the participation Points are refunded in full
- Winning Points are usable immediately upon being granted
8. Prevention of Fraudulent Participation
- Participation is invalidated upon detection of multiple accounts from the same IP
- Event participation is restricted upon detection of abnormal participation patterns
- Upon confirmation of fraudulent winning, the win is cancelled and account sanctions are applied
#Article 10-3 (Project Transfer P2P Transactions)
1. What Is a Project Transfer?
A service in which Members trade unfinished/idea projects with Points to transfer operating rights.
2. Transaction Method
- Transaction Medium: Points (direct cash transactions are not permitted)
- Transaction Flow: Transfer registration → Purchase offer → Negotiation/Immediate transaction → Point settlement
3. Seller Limits

5. Transaction Completion Processing
- Offer at or above the asking price: Transaction is completed immediately, and Points are settled automatically
- Offer below the asking price: Switches to negotiation status, requiring Seller approval
- Settlement: Points are paid to the Seller immediately upon transaction completion (no fee)
6. Transaction Cancellation and Disputes
- Before transaction completion: The Seller may cancel the transfer
- After transaction completion: Cancellation is not possible; in the event of a dispute, the operations team mediates
- Dispute Resolution: Handled in accordance with the Operation Guidelines (OPERATION_GUIDELINES.md)
7. Transferable Project Categories

8. Prohibited Matters
- Transferring projects that infringe copyright
- Transferring projects containing malware
- Registering projects with false information
- Reselling the same project after a transfer
9. Abuse Prevention Policy
A. Simultaneous Registration Limits
To prevent indiscriminate spam registrations, the following limits apply:

Upon registration cancellation or transaction completion, the count is deducted from the active registration total, allowing additional registrations.
B. Prohibited Acts and Sanctions
The following acts are strictly prohibited, and the sanctions below apply when detected:

C. Handling of Reduced Points
- Reduced Points are used for victim compensation or platform operations.
- If the held Point balance is less than the reduction amount, the full balance is reduced and recorded as a negative balance, which is automatically deducted from future accrued Points.
- Until the negative balance is resolved, the Point withdrawal and transfer functions are restricted.
D. Administrative Refund Processing
In the event of a dispute, the administrator may exercise the following authority:
- Transaction Voiding: Cancel a completed transaction and restore the Points to their original state
- Refund Processing: Refund Points to the buyer and deduct Points from the seller
- Application of Sanctions: Stepwise sanctions according to the degree of violation (warning → function restriction → suspension)
#Article 11 (Handling Upon Service Termination)
1. Prior Notice
When the Company terminates the Reward System service, notice is provided through in-service announcements and email 90 days before termination.
2. Handling of Remaining Points
Upon service termination, unused paid Points are refunded. Free Points are extinguished on the service termination date.
#Article 12 (Changes to the Terms)
1. Change Procedure
The Company may change these Terms where reasonable grounds exist, and upon any change, it provides notice at least 7 days in advance specifying the content of the change and the effective date.
2. Member Rights
Members who do not agree to changes in the Terms may apply for withdrawal before the effective date. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date shall be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
#Article 13 (Damages)
1. Limitation of Company Liability
The Company is not liable in the following cases:
- Point loss due to the Member's fault
- Service disruptions due to natural disasters or force majeure
- Damage due to illegal acts by third parties (where the Company has no intent or gross negligence)
2. Member Liability
Members are responsible for compensating any damages caused to the Company as a result of violating these Terms.
#Article 14 (Dispute Resolution)
1. Court of Jurisdiction
Disputes relating to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea as the governing law, and the court having jurisdiction over the Company's place of business shall serve as the court of first-instance jurisdiction.
2. Handling of Customer Complaints
Inquiries and complaints regarding Points may be submitted to customer support (vibe.olympics@gmail.com), and submitted inquiries are processed within 3 business days.
#Addendum
- These Terms are effective from January 8, 2026.
- These Terms also apply to Points accrued before the enforcement of these Terms.
